Campus ambassador (part-time) Upstart
In order to help Upstart effectively reach students and administrators on college campuses, we believe that there is no greater resource than current students who are passionate about our mission. Our ambassador program allows interested students to engage with Upstart and help us successfully bring the Upstart message to their campus. What Ambassadors do:
Estimated 2-3 hours / week of assistance to Upstart
Map out relevant campus organizations Upstart should engage with and contacts there
Present Upstart to at least 4 student organizations per quarter
Work with school newspaper to secure article on Upstart
Identify key events (career fairs, business plan competitions, hacking competitions) we could take part in
Coordinate one on-campus information session for Upstart team members per year
Monthly phone conferences with Upstart and other ambassadors
What Ambassadors receive:
Trip to California to meet the Upstart team
Direct connection to entire Upstart founding team
?Upstart Ambassador? badge on profile if they seek funding through Upstart
$15/hour payment for their services
