Job Description :
The SGRP CAP Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and ensuring completion of project action items as assigned via the Company?s Corrective Action Program. The SGRP CAP Coordinator will support other project personnel in providing and gathering factual documentation supporting timely closure of corrective actions, Apparent Cause Evaluations, Root Cause Evaluations and Non-Conformance Reports to facilitate issue resolution.
The SGRP CAP Coordinator reports directly to the Manager Project Controls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Safety
?Communicate any identified safety issues to the project.
Quality
?Ensures accurate reporting to the Project of work status and tracking and resolution of open issues
?Actively participates in resolution of assigned Corrective Action Program assignments
Work Implementation
?Serves as the SGR CAP coordinator between the Company?s corrective action program and similar vendor programs
?Interface with SGR project engineering, construction and plant personnel to ensure assignments are completed as assigned and that documentation is in accordance with Company?s Corrective Action Program requirements
?Ensure Effectiveness Reviews for completed corrective actions are performed to verify the problem has been resolved
?Ensure reassignment of CAP action requests when individuals within their department leave the SGR Project
?Ensures all Conditions Adverse to Quality (CAQs) are resolved when CAPs are closed
