As a Getaround Valet, you will be a trusted advisor to car owners?assisting in securely move their cars between locations. This means one day you'll be helping an owner take their Toyota Prius in for servicing, and the next, dropping of a Tesla Roadster for a recharge.
As part of a small team in your local market, you?ll be empowered to make a difference in the lives of thousands of people everyday. You'll need to enjoy being outdoors driving, biking, and connecting with people from all walks of life. We need you to go the extra mile everyday, to have an almost maniacal approach to getting the details right, and be a bright, energetic communicator. What you?ll be doing
Biking or commuting to visit Getaround owners and pick up their cars
Driving cars in for servicing, cleaning, photography, and Carkit installations
Educating car owners on the Getaround community and experience
Photographing cars and transfering them to our media team for post-production
Valeting and processing about 3 to 6 cars per day
What you'll need
21 years old with a valid driver's license
2 years of driving experience with a good driving record
A smartphone with a built-in cameral or an equivalent digital camera
An ability to drive both automatic, manual, and performance cars
Customer service, retail, or customer facing experience
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work well under pressure
Enjoy biking, driving, and being outdoors throughout the day
Strong presence with excellent verbal communication skills
Willingness to go ?above and beyond? the call of duty
Additional awesomeness
Real-world experience in a fast-moving startup
Past experience as a valet, driver, or courier
Experience or interest in photography (own DSLR camera a bonus)
