We are currently seeking a seasoned Card Program Implementation Manager to work as the single point of contact between WiredBenefits and our issuing bank and card processor. The Card Program Implementation Manager has the responsibility for leading the managed card program implementation process from concept to completion. This will require proven prepaid card project management skills, knowledge of the prepaid card industry, and the ability to communicate successfully with internal staff, clients, and vendors. Job Responsibilities - Identify and document card requirements and procedures for card customization - Work with processor to determine and define card parameters and usage - Work with issuing bank on card customization, compliance and terms and conditions - Research and resolve vendor, client and card issuer problems - Manage action items for each card, including source documentation and art work Job Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent - A minimum of 2-4 years experience in project management and coordination of managed prepaid card implementations - Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Ability to interface with technology professionals and manage projects with a technology component - Knowledge of business rules with regard to prepaid cards - High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to adapt to changes in direction while maintaining full responsibility and ownership of issues - Proven track record of building positive working relationships with clients and partners |
