Care Technology Client Executive Altruista Health
Altruista Health is looking for highly motivated, creative and energetic healthcare professionals with care management background to serve as a client care executive for the company?s clients, including clinics and health plans across 10 states.
The selected clinical client coordinator will be based in the Reston, Virginia office of Altruista Health and will provide our clients (including care managers and other users of Altruista?s health technologies) with clinical and care management advice and training that will help them optimize the use of the technology and the embedded clinical decision support tools and content to achieve improvements in patient healthcare outcomes.
Additionally, the client executive will be responsible for working with the company?s senior management team to research best practices and established guidelines in care management and incorporate this information within the technology products we offer. Last, but not the least, the client executive will serve as a liaison between our clients and our software development experts, to ensure that appropriate feedback from clients on new care management enhancements is incorporated into the system ensuring the continued sophistication and clinical relevance of the system in the future.
Minimum Qualifications
Healthcare degree (Nursing degree or licensed social worker or other advanced clinical degree) from an accredited university is required.
2 years of care or disease management experience with a health plan or a disease management company is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
High level of comfort and familiarity with computers including experience using care management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio) is required
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact with Altruista?s clients to understand client needs and assist with care support in the optimal use of the solutions.
Convert clinical research to clinical guidelines and rules within Altruista Health?s system
Provide clinical input, testing and reviews of health software product functionalities to ensure clinical relevance and ease of use of the software by healthcare staff
Provide systems and clinical content training and support to clinical and non-clinical staff using the software in US-based client sites
Serve as liaison between clients and internal technology teams to accurately and clearly communicate enhancements or changes required and track successful completion of these projects
Provide support services in patient clinical data analysis, clinical outreach and patient education as requested by US-based clients.
Actively participate in meetings with US-based company leadership as well as with client clinical leaders and staff in deciding healthcare and technology improvement processes and tools
