We are currently seeking an upbeat and personable individual to join the Consumer Products team. This individual will provide job seekers with direct support to help them improve their resume, advance their career, and ultimately be in a better position to secure their next interview. Serve as a career advocate for customers by helping them improve their resume and secure more interviews
Identify and support customer needs by understanding their challenges and offering the right solutions
Build relationships with customers through phone, live chat, and email conversations
Effectively manage customer base
Process customer orders using in-house system
Analyze data on product conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Work with Consumer Products team to support various projects
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive, upbeat attitude
Friendly, empathetic, and patient
Consultative sales experience a plus
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
1-3 years of marketing or sales experience a plus
College degree
