The Carrier Feeds Specialist will be responsible for the support, management and implementation of carrier and wire house feeds and projects.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties will include:
Data Analysis of new data feeds elements. Work with feed provider to translate data between their spec and ours.
Technical research in response to inquiries regarding data errors, processing problems and other feed or data related issues.
Proactively working with affiliates and other data feed providers to help them understand data spec options. Suggest alternatives and assist in resolving issues.
Maintain effective and productive carrier relationships.
Proactively coordinate activities of the client to ensure that key processes assigned are completed effectively and efficiently.
Manage client open items list and respond to ad-hoc requests.
Undertake various duties as assigned.
Manage Carrier Status requests from clients.
Communicate to internal personnel status of projects
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Project/Relationship Management
Life Insurance Industry Knowledge
XML/Flat Files Processing Knowledge
SQL
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, Excel, and Access.
Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow deadlines and be flexible.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
Ability to represent iPIpeline in a professional manner to clients.
Ability to maintain positive mental attitude in highly flexible environment.
