In this new position you will have an immediate impact and set the course, as you are the Liaison between sales and our approved carriers in quoting telecom services. It will be this position that recommends/awards the approved carrier based on department criteria, manages the negotiations with approved carriers as well as maintains the visibility needed to get the information necessary to plan accordingly.

Here are some of the job's highlights:
Responsible for implementing the strategy for managing approved carriers? performance on products and services that Integra procures for internal and external customer. The individual will lead internal, regular, ongoing tracking of milestone and delivery to ensure the approved carriers? products and services are performing to pre-established goals. The individual will facilitate change, foster innovation, collaborate and resolve non-compliance operational performance objectives. As a subject matter expert this candidate be responsible for knowledge transfer, and guiding personnel in the use of appropriate procedures, polices, techniques and tools to meet department goals and objectives of performance management. Participant will develop and maintain the relationships needed to achieve the goals through key internal and external leaders, such as: Vendors? service management, maintenance, engineering, product and service delivery personnel.
?Manage life cycle performance activities of our approved carriers for communication services including Ethernet, voice, internet, and data (metro, long haul) products and services
?Manage internal and external performance reporting data per product , to be used for performance reporting to correct non-compliance issues
?Manage carrier service performance reviews includes service improvement and innovation plans, pro-actively measure key thresholds that minimize the impact to customers.
?Manage regular scheduled vendor interactions including service performance reviews, and escalations for Service Delivery and Maintenance
?Define, track, and monitor contract service performance criteria (KPIs) against reported data
?Work with regulatory, legal and other internal departments to provide expert input on how industry policies impact performance activities and goals
MUST have skills:
?3 years of equivalent work experience in a telecom or related industry
?Working knowledge of ordering, troubleshooting, and communication systems
?Working experience in interrupting and applying industry policies and procedures ie: Tariffs, NECA and MEF
?Experience in working in a multi-carrier, hybrid service delivery model including NNI
?A work history of balancing competing demands and assisting in prioritization with inflexible deadlines. Independently identifying and overcoming obstacles in order to accomplish deliverables
?A track record of working independently with limited direct supervision
?Strong Office suite skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
?Excellent written and verbal communications skills. With the skill to influence different levels of authority
?Strong organization and planning skills
?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent (business, technical or project management)
?8 years of equivalent work experience in telecom or related industry
?Proven experience in creating, tracking, and monitoring, carrier performance with improvement plans
?Strong overall IP knowledge and Ethernet technologies
