General Description:
The Provisioning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the provisioning and installation of products and service provided by Peak 10. In addition, the Market Provisioning Coordinator will play a crucial role in the quality assurance of provisioning contracts, change orders and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
?Work with customers and engineers to gather the information required for service delivery
?Enter customer information into our customer information/ticketing system
?Collect and organize customer information into customer folders
?Create tickets and assignments for installation and provisioning tasks
?Oversee completion of installation and provisioning tasks
?Identify timelines for the installation and update all tools with new and changed dates
?Assign user ID and password to customer for use on various applications
?Complete various provisioning tasks
?Review provisioning and installation tasks to insure accuracy and completion
?Represent Peak 10 in a courteous and professional manner
?Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
The Provisioning Coordinator must possess:
Excellent people and proactive communication skills
Project management exposure exceptional time and priority management skills
Strong attention to detail; making and keeping commitments and meeting deadlines
Very strong customer service skills, aggressive trouble shooting skills, and strong decision making is critical to this position
Education, Experience, Training:
High school diploma or equivalent (4 year college degree is preferred)
Experience in customer service environment
Experience supporting a technical product
Project Management Training or Certification preferred
