Collaborate with Carriers, the EH Carrier team and EH Operations team to identify certification processes with each carrier, and determine the availability of the Certifications
Attend carrier Webinars to ?train the trainer? on certification processes
Create a timeline for the release of Certifications and work with the Operations team to determine acceptable completion times
Track issues with certifications and follow up with Carriers directly as well as the internal Carrier team to identify and implement resolutions to these issues
Be able to pull reports to determine which certifications are falling behind and how to move them forward
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Background in Excel and Reporting
Ability to collaborate with different departments
Medicare insurance background preferable
Insurance carrier background preferable
Ability to follow up on issues in a timely manner
