Who We?re Looking For
Someone who loves working with people ... is confident in front of a client ? but humble. Has a background in learning, communications, or org psych?.or maybe all three. And, has designed and managed many types of large-scale change implementations and associated deliverables (ERP systems, talent management systems, major business process changes, outsourcing, in-sourcing or mergers and acquisitions). If this describes you, then this may be a good fit?
TiER1 is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, ?smart but humble?, strategic-minded consultant who can be part of our rapidly expanding change management team. The position is client facing and will include on site time with our clients and collaborative time with our team. The right individual should?
Have several years of experience in Organizational Change Management and/or Communications/Messaging consulting along with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
Be able to develop and execute communications programs and deliverables that provide appropriate messaging to educate and prepare for organizational, process, and/or system changes
Be able to set the strategic direction for a Change Management client engagement
The ability to consult with clients, analyze the situation, determine an approach then articulate how the solution will solve a business issue is required
The ability to estimate the effort required to execute the solution for a client is needed
Be well-respected and trusted professionally and very likable personally
Additional experience in organizational design, business process design, and talent management strategy experience is preferred, but not required
The right person will have stellar oral and written communication skills analytical ability, and strong organizational skills, along with mediation, influence, and interpersonal skills. The ability to cope with an unpredictable workload and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously is needed. Most importantly, a strong alignment with TiER1 culture is required. This means enjoying collaborative work, be disciplined but entrepreneurial and creative, place a high value on personal relationships and the opportunity to impact people, have very high personal standards of excellence, and value the creation of value for others.
