The Channel Account Manager wins, maintains, and expands business with assigned channel partners. You will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and new/existing store objectives. This role will also work closely with both Reseller and Referral Partners to bring in new store sales.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Works in conjunction with Partners to bring in new store sales and increase channel revenue stream.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, services, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and partners' expectations.
Outbounds existing Partner accounts to promote additional sales volume.
Identifies and qualifies a pipeline of new opportunities through outbound calls to partners.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Communicates information from Partners to the internal Partner management team to increase quality partner acquisitions, drive overall sales improvements, and help shape the direction of the Partner Program.
Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Promotes programs within the direct sales team and works with sales reps to identify and acquire new partnerships.
Logs all activity with partners for seamless information transfer between sales and management.
Provides expert product knowledge to partners and educating them on how to effectively sell Volusion.
Maintains a rolling forecast of store opportunities and providing status updates on pending deals.

Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.
Maintains an opportunity pipeline for both new and existing business.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Weekly one on one meeting to discuss forecast and pending opportunities.
