This position will be located in the Southeast US region.
Summary:
Skilled channel sales resource responsible for establishing, developing and implementing key strategic channel initiatives and account plans with solution provider/reseller partner(s) specializing in security solutions.
Qualification Requirements:
Education:
Four Year college degree (B.A / B.S.)
Experience:
10 years plus experience in a system integrator, service provider, large reseller channel development and network industry with experience in security.
5 years plus Channel sales experience in developing and implementing channel strategic plans and initiatives.
Skills:
Ability to scale with all levels within the reseller organization
Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels, business development acumen, and virtual team building.
Strong communication and persuasive skills, including effective presentation skills.
Capable of developing and presenting interesting solutions strategies, meeting /exceeding customer
requirements/expectations.
Results oriented and effective in customer situations comprising senior level management.
Must have proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.
Must demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
Ability to perform job functions independently with limited supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
? Conduct analysis to identify target partners.
? Build executive level SafeNet value proposition for target partners.
? Establish / Identify joint opportunities and document.
? Gain Executive commitment from partner to move forward.
? Facilitate joint Executive sponsorship.
? Create joint solution strategy with partners.
? Facilitate and insure that all certification requirements have been completed by the partners.
? Establish specific go to market plan with the partners.
? Manage/develop/maintain strong, successful relationships with the channel/partners, SafeNet sales teams and key end-user customers for continued business growth.
? Keep management current on status and performance through regular communication, forecasts, agendas and reports.
