Channel Manager Credant Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Focus is placed on recruitment, enablement and development of channel resellers leveraging the Credant channel process. The Channel Manager will develop the ongoing strategy to assist resellers and ensure their ability to execute on more of the Credant sales process. The Channel Manager is also responsible for the team's execution to generate sales opportunities and close business in the mid-market and SMB space with customers that have 1-10,000 employees. Special emphasis should be given to develop pipeline leveraging the channel, exceed team annual quota objectives for Mid-Market and SMB sales, establish channel strategy and tactics for managing potential customers and prospects and develop channel relationships that benefit Strategic, Mid-Market and SMB sales teams.
Active member of the Credant management team
Manage the Credant SMB and Mid-Market sales teams with a focus on channel enablement and closing deals
Lead the Credant Channel Account Managers in targeting, recruitment, on-boarding and enablement of channel partners to drive revenue
Help develop the key aspects of the Credant channel plan
Sales execution exceeding assigned quote for Mid-Market and SMB sales while ensuring channel support and execution with the Strategic sales team
Leadership role in developing Credant channel relationships with the Credant Mid-market sales teams
Build and manage a team of A players
Create programs that stimulate significant channel led pipeline growth
Identify, track and manage team with key performance metrics
Ability to turn a 'No' into a 'Yes'
Be an executive sponsor for key channel relationships
Coach the Credant Mid-Market and SMB sales team to personally own the sales process, delivery dates and new account plans.
Experience conducting 1st & 2nd level sales presentations.
Candidate must have experience effectively cold calling, rapport building and establishing trust with C-Level Executives
Must have an understanding of Identity Management, Security, or Enterprise management software
The ability to mentor for interviewing and training new hires
