We are looking for a Channel Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team, and the opportunity is only limited by an individual?s creativity, passion and integrity. In this channel development role, you will maximize revenue performance through partners (distributors, value-added resellers, strategic partners) and help build the overall demand for CallCopy?s products.
This position requires significant cross-group coordination, business development skills and the ability to effectively maximize partner channel revenue. The ideal candidate will have channel and partner management experience, be able to formulate business strategy, and have the ability to focus at a detailed level on multiple projects simultaneously.
Job responsibilities:
Establish and define all activities that will increase sales through channel partners (distributors, value-added resellers, strategic partners).
Work closely with partners and corporate teams (channel, marketing, sales and training) to understand business priorities, identify strategic initiatives, and develop effective tactical programs to maximize partner channel revenue.
Present company and products at various events (webinars, partner events, customer workshops and tradeshows) and support ad hoc requests for special projects as needed.
Perform monthly and quarterly review of established channel goals.
Continually drives program improvement based on input from field and knowledge of other industry channel programs.
Achieve channel sales and revenue goals by ensuring that all channel programs are operating efficiently and maximizing their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of channel and/or partner management experience at a software or technology company.
Experience selling into the Cisco, Avaya, ShoreTel and Microsoft Lync channel network, with a focus on the contact center.
Proven experience developing channel programs and sales generating activities with partners
Ability to build and maintain partner relationships with strong interpersonal skills and ability to implement strategies. Must be both action-oriented and data driven.
Small company experience along with fast-pace and high growth is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills.
Must be comfortable working from a work-at-home environment.
Ideal candidate is located on the east coast of the United States, near a major airline hub.
Willingness and ability to accommodate different time zones and travel up to 30% of the time.
