Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for an experienced, passionate, ambitious and savvy Channel Manager for our Strategic Service Partners. As the Strategic Service Partners Channel Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop highly strategic partnerships that are critical to both providing services to our rapidly expanding list of clients as well as generating new business opportunities for our leading SaaS-based Talent Management software.
Responsibilities will include: managing, coordinating and facilitating all aspects of our strategic service partnerships, developing a strategy in conjunction with the partners to maximize and leverage partner resources to achieve Cornerstone and partner objectives, identifying and qualifying new partnership opportunities; structuring, managing, training and developing existing and new Alliance partnerships to exceed revenue and demand generation quotas. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with service and consulting partners, good knowledge of HR and Talent Management solutions, previous selling experience via indirect channels, and have the ability to manage the many different parts of the role: selling, marketing, strategy, sales management and relationship building.
Manage multiple strategic service partners to help develop a thriving partner ecosystem.
Coordinate with alliance operations to execute on an agreed upon business plan with the partners
Facilitating communications within the CSOD ecosystem (partner, CSOD resources, and clients) to increase partner visibility and enable partner and CSOD to provide maximum value to clients.
Developing relationships with key strategic partner executives to create a referral partnership
Selling our solutions to and with partners; meeting sales quotas; maximizing the resale of our solutions
Enabling the effective referral of sales opportunities from partners; supporting the Company?s sales efforts
And other sales and alliance related duties
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, time management and organizational skills
Experience using a CRM or contact management system
Openness and ability to be coached, passion for winning, persistence and determination
Proven experience of translating marketplace opportunities into the value of partnering
Aptitude for Technology, including using web based software and internet tools
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to self-manage
