The agencies that make up HubSpot's Channel are among the most innovative, most creative and most analytically savvy folks you'll ever meet.
We're looking for a smart, hungry marketer to build and execute programs designed to increase lead generation for our Agency Partners. This person will help build a program that enables HubSpot to increase its channel revenue.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a prolific content creator
- Think process and scale above all else
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a knack for understanding what data means and using it
- Be organized and detail-oriented to manage projects with many moving parts
- Be a team player who can work with different teams to get stuff done
- Managing all Channel Marketing communications (newsletters, webinars, product notifications, etc.)
- Optimizing and experimenting to improve visitor-to-lead conversion rates and effectiveness of campaigns
- Tracking efficiency of all Channel Marketing projects, measuring results and sharing success with marketing and sales managers
- Working closely with HubSpot Channel Account Managers to ensure continuous sales and marketing alignment
- Additional responsibilities as the organization scales
