Channel Marketing Manager, Americas Mindjet

Mindjet is adding an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to our team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs, the Channel Marketing Manager, Americas is responsible for designing, developing and executing revenue generating joint marketing programs with our channel partners in North America and Latin America. You will be directly responsible for joint marketing programs, partner launch activities, partner event management, sales promotions, partner portal management, partner communications, product marketing in partner channels, and the national channel marketing budget. You must have high energy and be able to multi-task and communicate exceedingly well.
We are looking for candidates that are creative, aggressive and looking to expand and advance their responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
? Develop, design, implement, and measure marketing programs at both the distributor and reseller levels. Continuous innovation is required to effectively engage partners to focus on Mindjet products.
? Manage and monitor execution of all channel-marketing programs, working closely with partners as well as the marketing, sales, and business development teams.
? Responsible for partner communications: crafting and sending partner communications on an ongoing basis.
? Execute partner events, conferences and meetings.
? Manage the launch process and documentation of the partner program.
? Responsible for content management of the Mindjet Propel Partner Portal updating documents, posting new information, etc.
? Act as the point person to articulate business needs for portal enhancements.
? Responsible for advocating for the channel at product launch meetings (represent concerns/requirements of the Channel), and for developing the product launch plan for the Channel
? Evaluate program opportunities based on consistency with overall business goals and marketing strategy, as well as the financial ROI, brand synergy, potential impact/visibility, and execution requirements.
? Design and implement measurements to quantify revenue generated from programs executed in the channel.
? Evaluate and measure current processes, and where necessary, establish more efficient and consistent ones.
? Evangelize and champion channel mission, purpose, and needs internally.
? Commission and coordinate channel marketing research to understand customer and partner needs.
Requirements - Education and Experience:
? Bachelors degree required.
? Minimum 5 years of Marketing Programs experience, of which most or all should be in Channel Marketing.
? Innovator with the ability to influence staff and management at all levels (internally and externally).
? Strong understanding of Channel ecosystem ? role of distribution, VAR, DMR.
? Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience in marketing and preferably 2-3 years of channel marketing with distributors and resellers.
? Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization.
? Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented. Highly motivated and self-starter.
? Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
? Be able to analyze market and sales data and produce relevant reports and trends.

? Proven track record in leading and working effectively with cross-functional teams, including the sales organization, operations, and finance.
? Strong writing skills are imperative.

? Understanding and exposure to Marketing Automation tools and software.
? Understanding of SFDC and processes.
