LogRhythm is looking to hire an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to bolster its existing Marketing and Channel activities in North America. The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and measuring channel marketing plans and lead-generation programs for LogRhythm partners in North America. This includes all aspects of joint program participation, direct marketing and awareness campaigns, partner seminars and events, promotions and driving follow-up on all activities with partners. Continuously deliver ROI reporting metrics on all executed activities and business plans, adhere to lead tracking system and guidelines, manage lead-flow following process within SalesForce.com and provide marketing reviews on a regular basis. As a member of the Marketing Team, this position will work closely the VP of Americas Channel Sales, Channel Account Managers, Sales Team and Corporate marketing teams to drive corporate initiatives. The position will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and will be based in Boulder, Colorado.
Develop and execute overall Channel Marketing plan for demand creation and promotion with partners and their end users, aligned with marketing metrics and in support of channel lead and opportunity projections.
Develop Joint Marketing plans with top tier partners to deliver ROI on Marketing investment, optimize the marketing mix and build awareness and preference of LogRhythm.
Manage Channel Marketing budget requests and expenses in conjunction with Corporate Marketing, ensuring tight alignment of spend against high return activities.
Lead new product launch efforts with Channel Partners including collateral, communication strategy, training, sales tools and related activities.
Align Channel Marketing communications strategies with corporate strategy ensuring a regular communication plan to keep Channel Partners up to date with LogRhythm developments.
Track market, Channel and business trends and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
Analyse and report progress against Joint Marketing activities, campaign goals and report on ROI.
Ensure Channel partners are armed with all available sales tools and training for them to be successful
Monitor and analyze competitive activities within Channel including price, promotion and new solutions
Promote and drive partner incentive program to drive Net New deal registrations for qualified opportunities
BA / BS / CIM / MBA Preferred
Experience within a security/ IT vendor or reseller/distribution
Percentage of Travel: Up 15% travel within North America to Partner locations
Minimum 7+ years Channel Marketing experience
