The person who fills this role will be a key member of the HubSpot Channel team and integral to how it grows and scales. They will be tasked with creating client success programs (including content, events, etc.) designed specifically to help our Partners refine their delivery model and improve client retention metrics. Content will take all forms (ebooks, checklists, webinars, etc) and draw on multiple sources - from other members of HubSpot to outside, established client services experts. The ideal candidate will be tasked with using surveys and data to determine what is most needed, recruiting contributors, and ultimately crafting the finished product. They will also be charged with promotion of the content and reporting on adoption/usage by our Partner community. This person will work closely with HubSpot sales and services teams to ensure continuous alignment.
