Channel Marketing Program Manager Ruckus Wireless

(P01320)Ruckus Wireless is looking for a full-time channel marketing manager. Reporting to the Senior Director of Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and managing partner communications, partner launch activities, the partner portal, sales promotions, incentives and strategic co-marketing programs with key channel partners. This individual will work closely with cross-functional global teams and partners to ensure our messaging is consistently delivered across all marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should be creative, have a good understanding of channels, and interest in building and running automated processes. They should have some hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and ideally Salesforce.com. Just as importantly, our ideal candidate is detail oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced work environment. In summary, this is a perfect role for a creative, analytical and aggressive individual looking to expand and advance their responsibilities in a fast growing and edgy company.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue by launching results-driven joint marketing programs
Develop partner communications and executing tactical marketing strategies
Work closely with channel partners to create branded content and sales collateral
Analyze performance and optimizing communication tactics for maximum ROI
Help partners put in place KPIs to measure channel communication efficacy
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
3+ years of channel marketing experience
Demonstrable success in leading results-oriented joint marketing programs and initiatives
Keen understanding of online media and emerging technologies
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Team player with ability to work cross functionally
Self-directed, problem-solver
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
Bachelor?s degree in Communications or Marketing preferred
