THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Channel Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for the development of our channel marketing programs and initiatives in domestic markets with an eye to enabling international markets. This position requires the delivery of world-class channel marketing programs to drive sales of networking and cloud solutions through our key partners, system integrators, VAR?s and distributors. The Channel Marketing Manager will work closely with our sales teams to define the channel marketing requirements and to deliver channel programs and campaigns to meet those needs.

Development of the domestic and international channel marketing strategy for strategic channel partners
Creation of channel delivered marketing tools, sales enablement, campaigns, programs and initiatives.
Ownership of the channel marketing communications strategy including web portal development, database management and digital communications.
Creation of tracking, reporting metrics and monthly performance reports.
Communication of channel marketing strategy to internal stakeholders securing buy-in.
Own the marketing relationship and drive joint marketing with key strategic partners.
Responsible for the tracking, reporting, and analysis of the opportunities and return on investment generated from these joint marketing campaigns.
Manage direct & indirect resources to ensure that objectives are met.
Work with partners, marketing and sales to ensure the production of appropriate collateral material appropriate to partner needs.
Work with agencies to create partner campaigns to support partners? growth, program awareness etc.
Develop and deliver technical training content through multi-media approach.
Enable sales teams and channel partners to sell through training materials, webinars, and communication of fundamental technical and sales knowledge.
Coordinate with marketing team members to manage content and keep it up to date.
Minimum 5 years of channel marketing experience in the high-tech industry.
International experience will be an advantage, but not required.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
Strong people leadership skills.
Salesforce and Marketo experience a plus.
BS/BA in Marketing or related field
