Responsibilities:
- Work closely with country sales, Channel teams and Partners to determine the most effective programs to drive revenue for the region and deliver the greatest ROI on marketing dollars
- Be the key contact person between Partner's and the Company's marketing community
- Work with Channel team to create region-specific marketing tools and Partner portal content
- Plan and manage ANZ and South Asia marketing program, include but not limited to; end user seminars, workshops, and misc Trade shows
- Be involved in event management for the Company and/or its Partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years marketing experience for a US-based software company of similar size to the Company (above)
- Preferably from an agency background
- Hands-on “doer†and “jack of all tradesâ€
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Happy to manage the whole booth and event, or simply man the booth on behalf of a Partner
- Ability to collaborate and works well within the regional team; effectively communicate and partner with all business groups including marketing, PR, product development, legal and sales.
- Direct experience working with an Information Security, Systems Management or Developer-focused technology company would be an advantage
- Past experience working with Salesforce.com and Eloqua preferred
- Working experience in event management or marketing service agency
- A second language (preferably Japanese or Korean) would be an advantage
- Must not be afraid of extensive travel
- Be prepared to migrate to Australia if required
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent industry experience.
