The Channel Operations Intern role will have responsibility to help improve the operations and productivity of LogRhythm?s Channel program. This position reports to Sales Operations Manager/Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Inputting and managing new partners/contacts in Salesforce.com
Manage Deal registration process
Correspondence with Sales Reps, Channel managers and Partners
Updating Opportunities in SalesForce
Creation and management of Channel Dashboards and reporting in SalesForce
Quarterly Reports for Senior Director of Channel program as directed by Sales Operations Manager
Additional sales operations projects as time allows
Requirements:
Knowledge and hands on experience with SalesForce. com would be a plus
Demonstrate technological knowledge in utilizing using a PC
Self-starter that can demonstrate ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to interact with a large sales team
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be self-motivated and work in a team environment
