Job Detail:
The primary role and responsibility of this position is to manage RealMed channel partnership relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), Practice Management (PM) systems, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) vendors, IT consultants and other third party vendors.
Responsibilities:
Account Management ? partnership development, relationship management and reporting and analysis:
Partnership Development ? identify partner targets for successful engagement; initiate/lead discussions to generate interest; execute proposals/contracts and liaise with Field Operations Support to ensure successful implementations
Relationship Management ? ongoing account management to ensure partner satisfaction is realized and ongoing account development to ensure partner potential is maximized
Reporting and Analysis ? weekly and monthly reporting internally to senior management and externally to partners; analysis of results and recommendations for improvements; and management of contracts and commission reports and payments
Define needed process required to effectively manage the relationship between RealMed and the partner including management of sales leads, support request, and deployment. Ability to document processes is a must.
Subject Matter Expert on partner to RealMed Sales and Support staff.
Responsible for maintaining and growing revenue stream.
Occasional travel to partner location, sales shows, user group meetings, etc. is required.
(Position reports directly to the Manager of Vendor Support Services.)
Qualifications:
Account Management experience ? applies discipline to management of RealMed Channel Partner relationships
Relationship Skills ? able to establish, maintain and nurture high level, productive relationships throughout the organization
Communication ? effectively communicates Channel Partner needs and product improvements to Field Operations Support and other internal departments
Excellent listening, questioning, writing and creative problem solving skills
Strong consultative skills
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to both internal and external audiences
Education & Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years Sales, Client Account Management, Business Analyst and/or Practice Management experience
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute professional account management and development
Experience in healthcare provider market is essential
Bachelors degree required with Business and/or Marketing concentration
