About the Opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Andera Partner Relationship team is to drive sales through the reseller channel. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with existing resellers, develop rapport with new resellers and drive revenue through reseller product education.
About the Responsibilities
Facilitate monthly reporting to partners for a variety of business performance metrics.
Assist in the design and implementation of partner self-service and automation tools.
Assist the Finance team in resolving invoice questions.
Act as an escalation point for partner and partner customer service issues.
Assist in the implementation of strategic sales plans at partner organizations.
Quickly acquire detailed product knowledge of both Andera?s legacy and oFlows platforms, assist in partner and customer inquiries, during and after the sales process.
Present a flawless demonstration of Andera?s oFlows platform to interested partner customers.
Make initial follow-up contact on leads generated by Andera?s Marketing team.
Model potential deal sizes.
Collaborate with Manager for Partner Relationships on future planning and partner performance management.
About You
A bachelor?s degree from a competitive 4-year college or university.
3-5 years sales and or channel sales experience.
High-level facility with Microsoft Office and Google Apps, particularly Excel/Spreadsheets.
Ability to learn new things quickly, adjust to many competing demands on attention and resources.
