Job Details

- Responsible for identifying and recruiting partners throughout the world for the Human Capital Management business unit (HCM). HCM includes Lawson HR, Talent Management, Workforce Management and HR Share Service Deliver (Enwisen) product lines.

-- Develop and execute the strategy to expand the existing Business Partner ecosystem by recruiting new partners

- Focus will be Latin America (50%), US (10%), Rest of world (40%)

- Work with Infor internal business development resources to define campaigns, qualify and follow up on leads

- Work with Infor's internal channel managers to recruit existing partners to add HCM/WFM products

- Support new partners with identifying opportunities and developing business plans

- Support business partners in initial opportunities

- Represent WFM/HCM at partner summits and webinars

- Fluent in Spanish preferred
