We are looking for a passionate and talented Channel Sales Account Representative ready to join our expanding channel sales team. What you will do?
Working directly with the Regional Market Manager team, Account Representatives are responsible for supporting the growth of Sunrun?s Channel business. Account Representatives will be assigned a geographic territory of specialization, and will become expert in their region.
Responsibilities
? Within your given territory at the direction and delegation of Regional Market Managers:
o Be the go-to resource for all Sunrun software tools, market and industry trends, competitive intelligence, Sunrun customer agreement terms and products within your given territory
o Develop and deliver content for Partner quarterly business reviews and meetings
o Support partner on-boarding
o Go on ride alongs and support training
o Serve as a ?lifeline? for partner sales reps by responding to calls from the field
? Enter data and other information into salesforce.com; build out knowledge-base about common questions and issues
? Answer calls and respond to questions about SunRun from outside sales representatives
? Respond to emails from Partner sales reps and other visitors to Sunrun?s website
? Help Sunrun partners learn and use Sunrun?s software tools
? Other administrative duties to support Sunrun?s Channel Sales team

Qualifications:
? Detail-oriented, accurate, and poised under pressure
? Demonstrated ability to produce quality work in a fast paced environment
? Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
? Able to build and maintain professional relationships with multiple contacts across various companies
? Excellent computer skills including intermediate level expertise with Excel and Outlook
? Experience with Salesforce.com, Spring CM or other document management systems a plus
Account Representative Job Description
? 1-2 years of professional experience working in an office environment
? 1-2 years of inside or outside sales experience preferred
? Experience working with Channel partners or VARs will be highly valued
? Experience in business to consumer selling environments is a definite advantage
? Bachelor?s degree preferred
