Channel Sales Director Gnip
Gnip, the world's largest provider of social data, is actively seeking a proven Channel Sales Manager as we continue to expand our offerings to help better serve the growing market demand.
We're looking for an experienced Channel Sales professional with deep understanding and proven background defining and building out a Channel Sales organization. This role is an integral part of our future growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating senior level relationships with key Gnip Partners and prospective accounts. Applicants require creative problem solving skills and an informed view into how public social media content is changing the face of business across multiple industries.
Define and execute the overall strategy of the channel sales program.
Full P&L responsibilities relating to the channel sales program.
Own and lead channel launch plans (new relationships) and channel operations plans (existing relationships).
Build, manage, and mentor a Channel Sales team.
Develop and implement channel management strategies. Determine channel support requirements and own execution across all internal departments (marketing, business development, finance, legal, sales support, etc.) to fulfill these requirements.
Assure that our channel partners are fully supported in every aspect of our joint solution offering in order to help drive revenue including: sales tool kits, joint marketing mindshare programs, and partner relationship plans.
Assist the Plugged In team in all phases of new partner engagement to ensure sales & marketing support plans are developed in parallel.
Create, support, track and measure all channel sales initiatives with Partners.
Establish short and long-term goals and then meet them for channel sales program.
