If you are a Manager of Channel Sales who shares our philosophy, we would like to hear from you! We are searching for an experienced Manager of Channel Sales for the Eastern region of the U.S. This individual will have a measurable track record of success selling and promoting IT solutions through National, Regional and Federal Value-Added Resellers (VAR). This position will focus on enabling and activating existing Partners, while recruiting and developing new ones. To meet financial goals, the role requires the skills to develop a strategy and business plan focused on revenue growth and new customer acquisition. The Manager for Channel Sales will work closely with our RVP of Sales, Territory Sales Managers, and System Engineers to facilitate technical enablement and lead generation with Partners. The position will require travel as you meet with partners to plan, train, attend joint sales calls, and close deals.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work with partners and sales teams (Regional Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and Technical Consultants) to promote cooperative selling to customers and prospects
Exceed established quota within ExtraHop?s defined sales rules of engagement
Function as an ExtraHop subject matter expert demonstrating the ability to communicate with Partners on products, services, solutions and competitive offerings
Work with partners and ExtraHop sales and marketing resources to generate leads in qualified accounts
Self-disciplined and self motivated with the ability to work successfully in a remote/field environment
Help the Channel evolve by introducing creative ideas about programs, sales strategies and incentives to extend to partners to drive growth
Provide regular reporting of Channel activity and forecast using Salesforce.com
Experience with Systems Integrators or Managed Service Providers is a plus
Required Qualifications and Experience
Proven relationships with key Executives and Sales leaders at VARs and Systems Integrators across the region
7+ years of channel and sales experience representing enterprise data center solutions (software, server, storage, networking, and/or security) to clients in commercial and public sector verticals, as well as VARs selling into these markets
Exceptional management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel to effectively cover the territory
Education: Bachelor's degree minimum. MBA preferred
