Due to tremendous growth, we are looking for a Channel Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing Channel team.
As a Channel Sales Operations Specialist at Fiberlink, reporting to Director of Channel Operations, you will work with Channel Partner Operations team to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique Partner onboarding challenges we face daily. Using your excellent leadership and expertise, you will help manage complex solutions, drive sales enablement and other related functions on onboarding and managing global strategic partners through the entire enablement lifecycle, while continually improving our processes. You're equally comfortable multi-tasking across several partners and projects, as well as communicating channel team's analyses and recommendations to other organizational business units. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes.

Responsibilities:
Work with channel team to optimize and execute overall project plan and derive well-defined milestones for partner enablement
Serve as a key point of contact for all cross functional teams and to the broader organization in addition to Fiberlink strategic partners/carriers
Remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly
Coordinate and execute sales and technical training, with partner and internal resources
Track and ensure closure of project team tasks
Help drive product roadmap for channel partner platform
Identify risk, propose mitigations, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
Contribute to monthly program reviews with operations teams, as appropriate
Qualifications:
BA/BS in technical or business discipline
2-4 years relevant work experience which includes Sales, Sales Operation, Channel Operations or Product Marketing/Management, Bus Dev.
Leadership skills and ability to work with teams of highly talented and independent individuals
Excellent communication, organizational and program management skills
Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
Self-motivated; proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking
Understand partner enablement and Go To Market phases
Teamwork: Efficiently collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Ability to look at the big picture and help modify day to day operations of partner program to scale as needed
Organized and detailed oriented
Input partner requirements into product team
