The Channel Support Specialist will assist our Top Master Agents and Channel Sales with Sales Operations (issues through to resolution).
Main Responsibilities will include:
Order Changes ? Adding/Removing IP info, Updating contact information, Adding/Removing equipment, some prequal/quotes for simple solutions that ?fell out?
Escalation Assistance ? Assist partner with escalating an issue. Work with appropriate departments while communicating with the partner until issue resolved
MegaPath Process Education & Assistance ? Educate partner on our Service Delivery, Support and Billing processes
Portal Education & Assistance ? Provide information regarding Partner Portal and work with appropriate team for access and training for the Partner as needed
Contract Information ? Provide basic information to Partners in response to questions regarding Terms of Service and Fee Schedule. Educate Partners on where to find MegaPath documentation
Weekly/Monthly Order Reporting ? Provide requested Monthly Cross Check Reports to Partners, Weekly Order Status Reports for ongoing projects
The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, have the ability to multi-task, quickly change priorities throughout the day and have some telecom or tech knowledge.
