This position will deliver a wide variety of training programs to our external Partners and our internal Sales Team using adult learning principles and accelerated learning techniques. This highly dynamic individual will deliver training materials and programs that include eLearning, webinar, and instructor led formats to support the company?s growth. This position requires being a part of the Boston and Chelmsford offices and in addition will require approximately 50% travel.Responsibilities
Deliver and/or provide support in the delivery of training to our Sales Team and Partners.
Conduct training needs assessments and prepare recommendations.
Implement programs, including training strategies and program delivery utilizing the most appropriate technology.
Recommend changes to content and delivery based upon feedback received from Sales Team and Partners.
Work with all departments to ensure consistency in presentation and delivery mechanisms for learning content.
Use multi-media training that includes print, video, on-line, and social media tools.
Evaluate and research new training technologies and emerging training issues.
Desired Skills and Experience
5 to 7 years of professional sales and/or customer training experience in the delivery of programs.
3 to 5 years outside sales experience.
Direct experience delivering live stand-up training and/or virtual classroom training.
Dynamic presentation skills.
Excellent time management, organization, and critical thinking skills.
Requires organizational agility (able to identify and work with many groups to achieve results), the ability to lead and drive change and a proven ability to maneuver through unstructured problems and create the necessary structure to drive results.
Proven success using blended learning techniques and technologies.
Experience training software applications is a plus.
Experience in a B2B, channel market.
Experience delivering online training using tools like WebEx and Go-to-Meeting.
Familiarity with hosted applications and SaaS environment is a plus.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
