Minimize negative balance and fraud loss by researching and entering adjustments for multiple accounts daily as it relates to the chargeback process.
Correctly enter and track chargebacks to ensure successful recovery on behalf of the company.
Work with bank sponsors, processors, and associations to ensure best practices are being followed to optimize productivity, success rates, and performance regarding chargeback processes in relation to negative balances and customer related disputes.
Other Tasks and Responsibilities as Assigned
College degree or commensurate business experience
Good PC skills using MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to complete accurate work, with interruptions, to meet deadlines
