Job Description:
The Check-in-Coordinator (CiC) is responsible to contact the author by telephone upon entry of contract and assist him in submitting his materials and to personally evaluate the materials for submission issues.
If there are any issues, the CiC will then contact the author to correct them. Once it is determined that the materials are ready for production, the CiC will then assign the author to a pod and make sure that the author has the pod?s direct contact information.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma required. College Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years customer service experience required.
Specific Skills: Superior knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e-mail, Internet use, and typing skills at 50 WPM
Physical Skill: Low mobility ? must be able to sit at desk for extended periods of time. Sufficient manual and digital dexterity to work with a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and phone pad.
Working Conditions: 8:00 am ? 5:00 pm core schedule with frequent flexibility for start and ending times. Additional hours and/or overtime depending on the position may be required due to business needs. Other duties may be required as assigned.
