This results in poorly informed and engaged patients who often fail to follow necessary preventive and therapeutic regimens. You?d probably be a good fit for this position if you:

Have a proven history of successful integrations of heterogenous health care systems
Speak native HL7, EDI, XML, JSON, (etc.), and thrill in seamlessly integrating multiple disparate health technology systems at a time
Love to get your hands dirty just as much as you love leading an extraordinary IT team
Have a passion for, and some experience with, early stage, high growth companies
Think HIE is a great concept, but you?re not willing to wait for it to happen
Have extensive experience with Service Oriented Architectures, heterogenous data stores, and both the most antiquated and the most modern health care technology systems
Are a passionate defender of HIPAA, and have the security chops to back it up
Have developed mobile technology platform solutions
Are comfortable with a variety of underlying platforms and technologies, including Unix, Linux, OSX, and Windows

You?ll get bonus points if you have experience with:

Multi-modal communications such as email deliverability, SMS, IVR, VOIP, and video ? Building new technology products on LAMP platforms using an MVC architecture
Audio transcription
Clinical diagnostics
Open source projects, particularly as a contributor
