Work closely and communicate effectively with all cross-functional teams to fully execute and fulfill all customer needs and requests.
Voice engineer capable of building, upgrading and maintaining an IP telephony system hosting over 1000 users in our main location and SIP trunks to multiple partner sites.
Fluent in Cisco IP telephony, SIP, contact center technologies, as well as an understanding of local and wide area networks.
Experience in Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Contact Center and Unity Voicemail in a structured IT environment.
Deploy and maintain enterprise voice solutions using Cisco CUCM, CME, UCCX, voice gateways (H323/MCGP), Cisco CUBE and other similar solutions/hardware.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to voice configuration, call routing, processes, and service records. Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for voice administration, usage, and disaster recovery.
Building call-flows and document for customers
Proven experience in assessing problems, researching alternatives and pursuing acceptable solutions while remaining within company guidelines.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Telecommunications or 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Level VoIP
Cisco CCVP Certified
Excellent knowledge of voice protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP and other signaling protocols. Working technical knowledge of current voice hardware, protocols, and Internet standards including SIP, SRST, MPLS, VPN, IPSEC, WAN Acceleration/Optimization. Experience with CUCM with extensive knowledge of Dial Plans, Call Features, Media Resources, Applications, Disaster Recovery, SRST.
Working knowledge of CUCM V7.1-V9 , Call Center Express V7-V9
