Description:The NEBO Claims Deparment is looking for an Clarion Developer to join their growing team. Development work on this team will involve configuring new clients to use Passport applications, building internal tools to support/configure the applications and analyze/evaluate bugs and determine proper steps for resolution.

The ideal candidate for this position has the ability to own projects from design to release and can take customer interactions and turn those into actionable work items.
Duties:? Design, analyze and implement all areas/phases of product development in a Microsoft environment including but not limited to research, design, development, testing, and support of Passport?s software products.
? Write scalable, maintainable and optimized .NET / C# / Clarion components according to specifications.
Work within existing application architecture to deliver solutions
? Own development projects and be capable of taking them from design to general availability.

Other Duties as Required.
Qualifications:? 0-3 years of .NET software development using VB.NET/C# and Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
? Clarion 6/ Clarion 8 software development platform experience with ABC & MSSQL experience
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Math, or other related subject.
? Knowledge of web development using HTML, JavaScript, XML, IIS, ASP.NET
? Knowledge of healthcare standard formats including X12 transactions and HL7 messages
? Full software development life cycle experience desired.
? Preference will be given to working experience in the financial and administrative areas of the healthcare industry
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
