The Client Account Coordinator will be responsible for answering and dispatching calls, distributing emails to department team members for resolution, assisting with billing information changes, client questions regarding payment issues and, assisting other Finance staff as needed. The Client Account Coordinator will also assist with contacting clients in regards to outstanding balances.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and distribute phone calls and emails to appropriate team members.
Assist other Finance staff with updating billing info, sending copies of invoices to clients when requested, and responding to clients questions about their account.
Post daily credit card batch reports.
Submit monthly sales tax returns for multiple states.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
High School Degree.
A minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
Must be proficient in Excel.
Basic experience with state sales tax returns is required.
Possesses a strong attention to detail.
Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Possess positive work attitude and maintain composure in difficult situations.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to handle client issues with confidence, patience, and poise.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
