Client Account Executive Internet Broadcasting Systems

You have a unique ability to both pitch ?the big idea? while also identifying and moving transactional business through the pipeline. You are comfortable talking with clients about their strategic plans and budgets while articulating solutions and value in their language. You see opportunities that others miss, take pride in being a ?trusted advisor? to your clients, and consistently make your sales quota. You understand the media industry (broadcast, print, web) and how media companies both grow their audience and monetize their digital audiences. You are a hard charger.
As an IB Client Account Executive, you are the primary driver for both large strategic deals and run-rate transactional business within our current account base. The function of this role is to grow this business and elevate Internet Broadcasting to a more strategic partner in the customer?s business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet or exceed quarterly sales objectives by hunting and developing new business opportunities within our client base.
Expansion of IBs product footprint and revenue within those accounts.
Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze and manage activity and provide accurate and detailed forecasts of identified and proposed opportunities.
Develop new relationships and strengthen existing relationships within client base.
Structure presentations, offerings, and contract negotiations that move client toward the purchase. Review complex customer requirements and provide specific solution recommendations.
Develop and communicate product value proposition to prospects and clients in terms of ROI and TCO.
Work with outbound marketing to create customer-targeted marketing campaigns.
Collaboration with IB products and technology teams and IB?s technology partners to identify applicable solutions.
Post-sales account management and follow-ups.
Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors.
Leadership, independence and creativity.
Ability to manage pipeline and develop new sales opportunities.
Ability to identify customer needs, define solutions, and close deals.
Strong customer relations skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
Ability to work independently.
Experience with Salesforce.com / SFA software, and outbound marketing tools.
Experience with PowerPoint / presentation software.
Ability to communicate effectively with both senior ?C-level? executives and operational personnel.
Excellent communications skills.
Demonstrated successful track record of selling large enterprise solutions and consistently achieving quota.
Prior experience selling into the broadcast media industry.
Prior experience in selling content management systems and digital ad operations solutions.
Specific selling experience in selling to named accounts.
Travel though a New York, Atlanta or Minneapolis location is preferable.
