Client Account Manager CreditCards.com
The Account Manager will act as a key point of contact for many of our US and Canadian client accounts. This person will coordinate all day-to-day client needs, manage client performance metrics, and assist with any client-focused project implementations.
This role reports to the VP of Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as day-to-day contact for various US and Canadian client accounts.
Monitor clients' performance metrics for accuracy and fit with clients' and internal operating goals.
Manage day-to-day execution of any client-focused projects.
Serve as liaison between client teams and internal Technology, Operations, Search Engine Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization groups to implement projects.
Develop new reports and forecasts for clients, as needed.
Proactively find new ways to grow clients' business.
Recommend alternatives to improve company's processes for supporting clients.
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of business experience preferred.
Day-to-day client management experience required.
Strong project management skills required.
Ability to respond to changing priorities and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Ability to think strategically on your feet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong quantitative skills.
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
High level of proficiency with Excel and Word.
