Responsible for establishing an excellent working relationship with assigned clients and continuously strive to improve the levels of overall services that West is providing; serve as a single point of contact ensuring quality and delivery of service ensuring all client or internal issues are followed through to
resolution in a timely manner; provide leadership and direction on all assigned projects or project tasks, ensuring follow through from beginning to end;
proactively monitor trends to identify new business opportunities, product lines, and architect business solutions.
The Client Account Manager is responsible for:
Continuously work with the client to show value of RealMed solutions to their organization and their bottom line.
Conducting business/operational meetings with key members of assigned client organizations, follow-up on activities post-meeting
Conduct problem solving activities around client issues
Assess error rates, volume trends and workflows to recommend solutions for continuous process improvement and increased efficiency
Acting as the project manager in the implementation of the RealMed solutions and services in large physician groups.
Consulting with clients to assess technical and operational needs and recommend solutions to ensure rapid implementation of the RealMed
solution.
Coordinating with internal teams to schedule on-site assessments, installations and training.
Conduct on-going training with client staff to ensure proper utilization of the RealMed product
Act as a liaison between the client and Payer Provider representatives, PM support, and technical support to resolve issues related to
RealMed services
Working with internal cross-functional teams to gather information and coordinate activities related to client concerns; participation
in process improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for on-going process improvement with the
product or client service
Working closely with clients to identify operational and/or technical challenges and leveraging RealMed resources to resolve when feasible.
Promoting positive relationships with assigned client?s customers focused on maintaining high overall customer satisfaction and maximum
utilization of the product.
Continually monitoring client satisfaction level and taking corrective action where necessary
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to groups of people and/or individuals at all levels of an organization.
Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively; ability to multi-task
Participation in identify needs related to add-on services and products
Participation in trade shows and sales demos
Requirements
Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years revenue cycle management experience in physician business office operations in a multi-physician practice with working knowledge of practice management software applications.
Recent experience revenue cycle management experience in the healthcare field is required. Ability to manage computer hardware/software
installations and/or upgrades is helpful. Candidates should have experience working with one or more practice management software systems.
Must possess excellent project management, influencing and consultative skills.
A BS/BA degree is required.
The Client Account Manager travels to customer sites approximately 50% of the time spent. Overnight travel once or twice a month. Client Account Managers work from home with company-provided office equipment including laptop, docking station, monitor, printer/fax, and cell phone.
