The Remote Client Account Manager is responsible for establishing an excellent working relationship with assigned clients and continuously strive to improve the levels of customer satisfaction; serve as a single point of contact ensuring quality and delivery of service ensuring all client or internal issues are followed through to resolution in a timely manner; provide leadership and direction on all assigned projects or project tasks, ensuring follow through from beginning to end; proactively monitor trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
The SGB Client Account Manager does not travel to customer sites. This is an Indianapolis based position. All training and support of clients are done using online tools.

The Remote Client Account Manager is responsible for:
Managing the implementation of the RealMed solution for physician groups that are 20 & under
Continuously work with the client to show value of RealMed solutions to their organization and their bottom line
Conducting problem solving activities around client issues
Assessing error rates, volume trends and workflows to recommend solutions for continuous process improvement and increased efficiency
Conducting on-going training & support with client staff to ensure proper utilization of the RealMed product
Acting as a liaison between the client and Payer Provider representatives, PM support, and technical support to resolve issues related to RealMed services
Working with internal cross-functional teams to gather information and coordinate activities related to client concerns; participation in process improvement initiatives
Working closely with clients to identify operational and/or technical challenges and leveraging RealMed
Promoting positive relationships with assigned client?s customers focused on maintaining high overall customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product
Working directly with clients/field staff to resolve A/R issues, answer invoice questions and process changes.
Continually monitoring client satisfaction level and taking corrective action where necessary
Communicating effectively both written and verbal to groups of people and/or individuals at all levels of an organization
Working independently and prioritizing work effectively; ability to multi-task
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (Required)
Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years physician practice management or billing experience in a multi-physician practice with working knowledge of practice management software applications.
Candidates will have experience working with one or more of the following practice management software: Medisoft, Lytec, Mysis, Medical Manager, or other types of practice management software.
Candidates must have an understanding of a physician?s office revenue cycle.
Minimum one year accounts receivable (A/R) experience or equivalent in accounting.
Must possess excellent project management, influencing and consultative skills.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION (Required)
Associates and/or BS/BA degree is preferred.
