Job Description
Leads and manages the client delivery team in strengthening client relationships and exceeding client expectations. Is held accountable for the financial performance and business relationships with the clients they serve. Responsible for mid to large and/or high profile clients.
Manage, direct and oversee team responsible for client financial analytics and contractual agreements.
Collaboratively develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that measure progress against business goals and objectives, both internally and in the client environment.
Monitor and ensure service commitments and KPI?s are clearly documented, communicated and met.
Develop, recommend and present plans that support business plan strategies including growth plans, client renewal, client reference-ability and overall client satisfaction.
Collaborate with service line leaders to ensure service requirements are understood and the company is positioned to successfully deliver to the client.
Provide leadership in developing and maintaining productive relationships at all levels of the client organization, as well as with stakeholders and service partners to facilitate cross organizational communications, coordination and transparency.
Handle any escalated issues while maintaining a positive rapport with the client.
Provide coaching and leadership to direct reports to grow the skill and abilities of the client delivery team.
Required Skills
High degree of customer relationship management expertise.
Expert in process mapping, project management, and relational database concepts.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead the day to day client service relationships.
Strong presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Be available for travel as much as 50% of the time or relocation.
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and business analytics platforms.
Required Experience
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience.
MBA preferred.
10+ years overseeing and managing service delivery and client relationships.
5+ years practice, physician interaction and revenue cycle management experience.
