Client Delivery Manager SciQuest

Responsible for the successful delivery and support of Software Implementation projects for SciQuest Clients. Project success is measured against client defined goals maintained in the project charter.
Manage 1 to 3 four person consultant teams (5 to 14 staff).
Removes obstacles or inefficiencies from projects and teams
Facilitates high team productivity through efficient process and transparency within the team
Works with individual clients to establish project charter, milestones and gain consensus on required project resources.
Manages multiple, complex projects simultaneously
Ensures an effective implementation and rollout that maximizes solution value
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement within the client delivery organization
Manage work assignment, administrative and career growth aspects of a 5 - 14 person organization.
Establish and manage relationships with client to sustain a strong business relationship leading to high client satisfaction, retention of existing business and development of new business.
Ensure quality solutions and processes are implemented for each client maximizing client ROI and minimizing SciQuest rework.
Lead client and project team members to define and document client business requirements, assess the need for, and recommend process enhancements, and document software and integrations specifications for configuring the solution.
Supervise development and maintenance of iteration plans and supporting documentation which track progress against project deliverables, tasks, and activities.
Proactively identify and mitigate or resolve project risks and issues.
Team effectively with other parts of the SciQuest organization to address and resolve client issues.
Manage communication of appropriate project information to clients and within SciQuest.
Provide appropriate work direction and mentoring to other team members, assisting and counseling as required. Influence others, through motivation and encouragement, to accomplish team goals.
Develop and maintain proficiency in the company's software solutions, solution methodologies, and core technologies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
7+ years of business experience with 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing a staff of 5 or more individuals.
2-5 years Business Intelligence, eProcurement or ERP software application experience preferred.
Proficient in the use of MS Project, Excel and Word as well as other typical business productivity tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation.
Work extensively over the phone and in-person with our clients and suppliers. Strong communication skills are a must.
Business Process Implementation experience in Business Intelligence, eProcurement, or Supply Chain is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Project Management (Agile preferred)
Experience in supporting hosted software or Software as a Service (SAAS)
Experience with ERP implementation or integration preferred.
Strong technical project management skills.
Business automation and workflow process development desirable.
Strong project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation and problem solving skills.
Must be able to learn quickly, make strong individual contributions and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment
Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution.
Will be required to travel domestically and internationally. Travel ranges from 15 - 35%
