Job FunctionsA Client Delivery Project Manager works directly with clients and their teams to manage day-to-day contractual services. Our Client Delivery Project Managers are responsible for client satisfaction and requires pro-active leadership, a process orientation, solid technical background and strong system development life cycle knowledge.
To fulfill this role, a client delivery project manager will:
? Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
? Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
? Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
? Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
? Identify business development and ?add-on? sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
? Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
? Manage the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each team member?s career interests.
? Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential and motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner.
? Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Qualifications
? Exceptional technical knowledge (logic, integration, process)
? Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques, following best practice to initiate, take responsibility for, and achieve defined project outcomes
? Able to effectively estimate, negotiate, acquire, and manage resources, including people and budgets
? Proven ability to establish the critical path in the most complex client situations and able to manage to it in order to met deadlines
? Proactive in working and resolving conflicts among team members
? Able to influence others, individually and in group settings, in order to obtain client commitment and grow business opportunities
? Excellent customer focus/service orientation
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Continuous improvement and team work mindset
? PMP or PMI certified a plus
