Working within the Install Base Sales Team, the Client Director is responsible for the success of the customer, as defined by financial metrics (revenue, project margins, collections) and customer satisfaction (delivery status, customer satisfaction survey, reference-ability, value measured and reported, and additional bookings).
Establishes a strategic relationships with the client(s) that transcend tactical engagement details, thus becoming a ?trusted advisor? to the client supporting their long-term global supply chain objectives
Develops and presents a strategic supply chain vision that communicates key value propositions for the client?s global supply chain, utilizing E2open solutions
Owns the development of the account and builds a collaborative relationship that increases the client's perception of the value E2open brings to their business in order to expand future business opportunities
Develops strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics and measure, escalation, change management, and communication
Integrates into the client?s infrastructure and promotes professional relations with client from C-level executives to key operational personnel
Works with the account in multiple geographies requiring the coordination of different regions within E2open to support the identification, promotion, and delivery of E2open solutions that solve the client?s global supply chain challenges
Contributes actively to the senior management team within Install Base, working closely with the Vice President to develop the Install Base business and implement working practice improvements
Develops strong proactive relationships with peers in other e2Open functions and businesses to improve cross-functional working and the continued development of the e2Open culture and vision
Acts as an ambassador for e2Open, its values, vision and services, promoting e2Open as a supplier, partner and employer of choice
BA or BS required, advanced degree preferred
8 ? 10 years of account management experience
Proven excellence leading paid consulting efforts profitably and driving meaningful change through services
Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate at all levels to maximize problem resolution
Highly developed people management skills with proven leadership ability, able to lead and motivate teams of people to achieve business and personal goals
Proven change management and business growth skills
Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial skills with evidence of developing and maintaining business to the benefit of the organisation
Excellent CRM skills with evidence of prior successful client relationships
