Client Engagement Manager Voxiva
Overview
Based in Voxiva?s Washington DC Headquarters, the successful candidate will management and grow the relationship between Voxiva and each client and will be involved in delivery and use of product(s) as well as the continued support of client accounts. The Client Engagement Manager will work closely with product management and project management, ensuring their client?s needs are met and that clients have a positive and growing relationship with Voxiva. The Client Engagement Manager will have a proven track record in working with teams from various departments, managing and supporting client engagements, with a good understanding of Health Plan and Healthcare Provider dynamics and needs. The Client Engagement Manager will report directly to the SVP, Global Client Services.
Responsibilities
Develop multi-disciplinary client account plans and budgets;
Drive client account growth both in terms of usage/adoption of products, and in client satisfaction;
Serve an internal champion and main point contact for exceptional client satisfaction outcomes;
Work closely with Product Management, Technical Analysis, Client Services, Accounting and Technology teams to ensure optimal customer engagement, feedback and response time;
Work closely with Sales team to expand Voxiva?s services within client organizations;
Coordinate with SVP, of Global Client Services to ensure that deliveries are in line with all contract requirements;
Monitor the daily progress of the project management and delivery teams in provisioning client products;
Continuously evaluate client needs and manage expectations and exceptions, as they relate to contracts;
Determine the most effective resolutions and coordinate the deployment of resources;
Identify, scope, resolve and provide support in regards to client-related issues, and manage a complex and diverse variety of client support issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in engagement management and/or consulting in a non-sales capacity with hands-on experience with healthcare IT related products;
BA/BS degree; MBA or relevant Master?s Degree preferred; Project Management skills required;
Fundamental knowledge of: sales - implementation - support lifecycles;
Ability to develop and implement client account budgets and plans;
Knowledge of, and interest in, the US healthcare market, trends and business needs;
Exposure to EHR / PHR and patient engagement services preferred;
Demonstrated concise and effective written and verbal communication with customers and employees;
Excellent management and organizational skills including the time management.
