Kiva Systems LLC is a rapidly growing Boston-based company that is revolutionizing supply chain operations. Owned by Amazon.com, our customers are large retailers, catalog operators, e-commerce and other companies that ship products to consumers, businesses and retail stores.Kiva is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join Kiva's sales team as a Client Executive. The person in this role will be responsible for the prospecting, selling and closing of new business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and understand what it takes to succeed in a high energy, fast paced environment. This position will report to the Director of Global Sales.
The Client Executive will be responsible for:
Development of new client and furthering existing client business for Kiva Systems
Create and maintain territory sales plans including account strategies to be implemented by Kiva Systems
Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the sales relationship with each client in their territory at every level from the (CxO) executive suite to departmental line managers.
Effectively communicating and presenting Kiva and the benefits of our solution, as well as, leading or assisting prospects in the development of ROI analysis
Managing demand and qualifying opportunities so as to achieve or exceed assigned quota
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activity via Kiva's CRM system Negotiating contracts
Communicating effectively with Kiva management regarding all field issues
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
5 to 7 years of supply chain software, services, or automation sales or pre-sales experience
Ability to establish CXO level relationships
Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals with senior executives
Experience in generating leads, qualifying accounts and effectively managing a pipeline
Consistently meeting/exceeding yearly quota
Perform well in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience with in the Supply Chain or Material Handling space a must
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering; MBA considered a major plus.
