Reporting to Client Management leadership, the Client Executive is accountable for managing the business relationship, revenue stream, profitability and delivery oversight of services to key clients. A trusted advisor to Executive/Regional level Management, this position will also assist clients in developing appropriate structures to enhance integration efficiency relating to existing and acquired practices.
Maximizes physician integration efficiency by providing insights with respect to physician compensation, management and governance, quality and productivity.
Presents business plans and developmental strategies to executive team.
Partners with the Client Delivery team by providing direction for alignment with the Customer?s and MSI?s business plan. Analyzes key metrics and feedback to ensure MedSynergies is meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Understands business levers and leverages MedSynergies' product portfolio to ensure that MedSynergies' services are optimized to make a difference for the client.
Provides input to tailor and shape MedSynergies' Services for the specific market
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
High degree of previous customer relationship experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead the day to day client service relationships.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Be available for travel as required.
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
10+ years overseeing and managing service delivery and client relationships.
5+ years practice, physician interaction and revenue cycle management experience.
